From March 3–6, we honored the incredible women who drive our industry forward. Our Women in Construction (WIC) Week celebration focused on connection, education, and the diverse roles our team members fill—from the office and the plant to the jobsite.
Highlights of the Week:
- Tuesday | Coffee and Crafting: We kicked off the week with a “soft start,” gathering the women in the office to bond over coffee while decorating house-shaped tissue holders and discussing the industry.
- Wednesday | She Builds, She Battles: The team headed to The Domain for a high-energy afternoon at Game Show Battle Rooms. It was a fantastic way to build professional bonds through some friendly, strategic competition.
- Thursday | Tower Road Jobsite Tour: We took a field trip to our Tower Road project for a tour and progress update from jobsite leaders. This was a powerful opportunity for the women who work in our plant to see how their fabrication work directly contributes to the project’s success.
- Friday | BuildHers Networking: We closed the week by partnering with Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers for the “BuildHers Networking” event. With many local professionals in attendance, it was an inspiring morning of storytelling and strengthening our industry community.
