• SAFETY - We believe in a safe worksite for all workers and enforce our safety program, which includes weekly documented toolbox talks with all crews; curb to curb hard hats for everyone on the job; aluminum pump jack scaffolds for all cornice crews; and personal fall arrest system for roof deckers.

• TEAM WORK - Our superintendents work with the builders in the field to make the framing process as smooth as possible. We red line the plans on every job prior to starting, ensuring that it is done right the first time. We work directly with the builder to improve take-offs.
